Rescue Information and Contacts
| The Dalmatian Club of America recognizes that it is in the best interest of the breed
and of the DCA for regional clubs and individual members to support and assist in the rescue and placement of
homeless Dalmatians. To this end, the DCA encourages regional clubs and individual members to participate in
rescue or to participate in the rescue resource program by providing breed information and by providing
referrals to trainers, behaviorists, spay/neuter programs, BAER testing sites, all breed rescues and other
useful resources in their area.
To help increase the the likelyhood of successful rescue placement and to ensure
that the placement is in the best interest of the public, the dog and the breed, the Dalmatian Club of
America offers the following guidelines to it's membership:

These are the only regional rescue contacts. If there is no one listed for your area, you will have to
place your Dalmatian yourself. The article "How To Place Your Own Dog" may
be of help to you.

For Rescue Organizations:
You may apply for reimbursement for up to $350.00 per Dalmatian you rescue with a limit of $1400 in a calendar year. All you need to do is fill out the form below, agree to our Ethical Guidelines
and attach your receipts. Thank You.
