Information Regarding Membership Applications

Application, letters of sponsorship, and CORRECT FEE must be in the hands of the Membership Chairman

at least three (3) weeks prior to the next quarterly Board meeting. This is often difficult because no regular date is set for the meetings.

Two applicants from the same household should apply on separate forms, each with their own letters of sponsorship and accompanying fee.

For applicant's records, it is advisable to xerox your forms and letters before submitting them.

The three week lead time is required so all checks can be cleared and Mrs. Widder has time to type her report to the Board and mail it in the event she cannot attend the Board meeting.

APPLICANT, PLEASE RETURN YOUR MATERIAL TO MRS. WIDDER. DO NOT SEND IT TO THE DCA SECRETARY, TREASURER, OR ANY OTHER BOARD MEMBER.

Your cooperation and attention to detail will speed the application process. We thank you.

REVIEW OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP:

A. Applicant must be 18 years of age;

B. Applicant must own or co-own a Dalmatian;

C. Applicant must be sponsored by two Dalmatian Club of America, Inc., members in good standing whose letters and signatures accompany the application;

D. Applicant must sign reverse side (page 2) of application acknowledging familiarity with and acceptance of the Dalmatian Club of America Ethical Guidelines; and

E. Application must be accompanied by check or money order payable Dalmatian Club of America, Inc. in amounts specified on application ($40.00 for residents of USA; $50.00 [in US Dollars] for residents of Canada & Mexico; $60.00 [in US Dollars] all others).
