At the April, 1999 Meeting, the Dalmatian Club of America Board of Governors approved two new trophies for competition among Regional Clubs, the Governors Trophy for Club Performance Competition and the Governors Trophy for Club Conformation Competition. For each of these, the winners will be the Regional Club whose members' Dals earn the most points, according to a defined scale.
