1. CALL TO ORDER
   President Garvin called a meeting of the Board of Governors of the Dalmatian Club of America to be held by telephone conference call on Wednesday, February 11, 2009, at 9:15 PM. All DCA Governors were present: Mrs. Sharon Boyd, Mr. John Cramer, Mrs. Meg Ispas-Hennessey, Dr. Mary-Lynn Jensen, Mr. Robert Lawson, Ms. Laura Lightholder, Mrs. Diana Skibinski, and Mrs. Sheila Wymore, as well as AKC Delegate Mr. James W. Smith.

2. BUSINESS
   The business of this conference call was to fill the vacancy in the Dalmatian Club of America Board, Class 2010. It was previously noted in the agenda that the Dalmatian Club of America By Laws Section 5.5 MEETINGS states The Board of Governors may conduct its business by mail through the Secretary and by conference call, provided a quorum takes part. Conference calls must be confined to a limited agenda or emergency decision and ratified in writing by members of the Board.

   President Garvin opened nominations to fill the vacancy in the Dalmatian Club of America Board, Class of 2010. Mr. Cramer nominated Mrs. Norma Baley. Mrs. Hennessey nominated Mrs. Cheryl Steinmetz. A vote by majority appointed Mrs. Norma Baley to fill the vacancy in the Dalmatian Club of America Board, Class of 2010.

3. ADJOURNMENT
   The conference call was completed at 9:40 PM.
